At DigiFist we want to give you as much control as possible over your personal information, including registration details. We will let each user know how we will use the personal information derived from each user's access to and use of the DigiFist website and/or the Services.

DigiFist tracks the domains from which people visit DigiFist and analyses this data for statistical purposes. Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, various DigiFist sites may use collected data for various purposes, including but not limited to marketing analysis, service evaluation and planning.
DigiFist does not collect, process or store personal information about children under the age of 18, and we do not offer products or services directly to children under the legal age of consent.
Finally, information collected on our site may be stored and processed into anonymous statistics or log files for internal use.
In general, we may need to process all categories of personal data to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, relevant industry standards and our policies, and for litigation or defence of claims.
Personal data of customers and prospects: We use your personal data for the performance of your contract(s) with DigiFist or for business purposes. In particular, we process personal data of customers in order to supply and deliver our products or services and to invoice them, as well as to carry out and analyse market research and marketing strategies. We also use your contact information to further inform prospects and customers about our products and services in line with our existing relationship and for marketing, such as offering promotions.
Supplier data, vendors, journalists and other stakeholders' personal data: We process your personal data to conclude and execute our agreements and manage our relationships.
Student and job seeker data: Your personal data is stored for the purpose of recruitment and selection procedures. More specifically, your personal data are processed for the purpose of assessing your profile and skills in order to find a job and to offer you specific job opportunities.
With your explicit consent, we will use your contact details to send you our newsletter, to mail you and to invite you to events. We may also use personal data in other ways, for which we provide specific notice at the time of collection.
Other notification: To implement or enforce the Terms of Service of the relevant DigiFist site, DigiFist may use personal information to contact users on an individual basis.
Your personal data will only be kept in our information systems for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (as described above). It is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed by us and when all legal requirements have been fulfilled.
We will retain and use your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to perform our agreements or to consider tenders, to comply with our legal obligations (such as accounting and tax obligations) and to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements. Therefore, your personal data will be kept for the duration of our contractual relationship and for 12 years thereafter.
Application forms (CVs), interview notes and references from unsuccessful candidates will be retained for a period of 24 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process. If we want to keep in touch with an applicant who was not chosen for the position he/she applied for, we ask for permission to keep the CV in our application group for another 36 months.
In all cases, personal data may be retained for a longer period if there is a legal or regulatory reason to do so, or a shorter period if the individual objects to the processing of their personal data and there is no longer a legitimate purpose for retaining it.

DigiFist will cease processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate convincing legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests or rights, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to withdraw consent: Where your consent was required for the collection or use of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. For example, you may choose to no longer receive our newsletter by following the unsubscribe instructions in the emails.
The right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in breach of this Privacy Statement or the AVG.

DigiFist has security policies and procedures in place to protect your personal information from unauthorised loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite our efforts, security cannot be absolutely guaranteed against all threats.
To the best of our ability, DigiFist has taken steps to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services that process personal information. These actions may include physical security measures, network security measures and organisational measures such as confidentiality clauses and restricted access.
DigiFist contains links to other websites, which are owned or operated by DigiFist affiliates or unaffiliated third parties. DigiFist is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such linked websites.
User names and email addresses (as well as any additional information a user may post) are publicly available on the DigiFist blog unless a user chooses to "opt out" of such display of personal information. However, in cases where users voluntarily and publicly disclose personal information, which may include personal data, it is the user's own responsibility.
Subject to the foregoing, DigiFist may conduct surveys or other studies of its customer base and use for marketing and planning purposes. Participation in such surveys is at the option of the user; DigiFist does not conduct mandatory surveys.
With respect to information collected from such surveys or studies and in the event that responses are made public, users will be notified at the time they complete the survey and DigiFist will disclose only aggregate information about its users and no personal information that identifies any specific individual.
